Covenants: A covenant is where God promises something. He make promises to Abraham, Moses, and with us today. So when I talked about "covenants" I was talking about the promises of God. Now, the Bible has been segmented into two parts the old and the new covenant. God doesn't replace one covenant with another rather, they are added one to another. He didn't abolish one covenant to fulfill another. God fulfills all His covenants.

Legalism: Some people say that you or someone is being legalistic if you want to follow the 10 Commandments, for example, but they would be wrong. Legalism can be defined as trying to follow an intricate detailed body of policies, regulations, procedures that are man-made and elevating these "laws" as somehow divine and calling someone unspiritual if someone doesn't do things in the same manner.
