Beth Jones is a Certified Athletic Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer, a Pre/Post Natal Exercise Specialist, and a labor assistant.  Beth owns Birthing Bodies and provides fitness and wellness support for pregnant and postpartum moms.  Beth is married and has 2 young children.  She is passionate about preparing moms physically and mentally to have a healthy pregnancy and birth, and we are very excited to have her here!
