    Today's society is somewhat contradictory. At least when it comes to employment any way. Most companies, that pay well and provide great benefits have certain requirements that are hard to meet. Specifically referring to the young workforce. Companies want their employees to have experience prior to them being hired, however because so many companies have taken on this standard, few actually hire young people to acquire the experience supposedly needed to progress. What is wrong with this America? What happened to the days of young people delivering news papers, being disc jockey's at a radio station, etc. The older generation speaks negatively about young people, but in a way, they have contributed to this insanity.
