Food stuff - what's in yours ?? bad ingredients in your food

Ever read an ingredient list ? full of crap that is not easy to pronounce often - off hand, I am aware that things like yellow #5 are proven carcinogens in lab rats.  Colors, artificial flavorings, high fructose corn syrup and especially MSG are things it's worth your time to avoid when you're shopping !!!

You have to work very hard these days to stay healthy ESPECIALLY when crude, COREXIT and PLUTONIUM and RADIUM are now leaked into the airstream/atmosphere AND the OCEAN from where the whole ecosystem, in a circle of eating/producing, is conected - fish in the water eaten by birds which are eaten by larger animals which eventually are the food on your plate, not to mention the rain coming down on ALL crops now has a higher level of radiactivity on it ...
