Lorenzo is a true Renaissance guy... an architect, forester, agricultural historian, and organic farmer - and one of the most interesting guys you could talk to. On his 125 acre farm in Tuscania, north of Rome, he produces organic extra virgin olive oil from just over 400 Canino olive trees. Lorenzo practices sustainable agriculture relying on hydraulic irrigation methods from Ancient Rome. He told us that what is believed to be the first paved road on Earth is on his farm. Lorenzo will talk about his region, his farm, his methods, and how to tell good olive oil!
