The D-SPOT / The Independent Artists Cafe` feat MARCYA DANELLE

Marcya has recorded/performed with various local and international Jazz artists including trombonists Wycliffe Gordon (Wynton Marsalis Septet) and Roland Barber (Cirque du Soliel), pianists Burt Eckoff (Dakota Staton; Eddie Jefferson) and Aaron Diehl (Wynton Marsalis) and bassists Lisle Atkinson (Nina Simone), Dezron Douglas (Cyrus Chestnut Trio) and Michael Max Fleming (Gloria Lynne). She is an established voice coach whose clientele includes local, regional and international talent. Marcya is also a popular session singer with Cool Jazz and Dance music producers. Some of her Dance music work has been released in Europe on independent labels. Marcya has performed at many well-known New York venues such as Rose Theater (Jazz at Lincoln Center), Alice Tully Hall, S.O.B.s, Sugar Bar, Crash Mansion and 5C. Marcya recently released her debut CD "Keeping it Simple" which was co-produced by Wycliffe Gordon. She will be touring in support of the CD in 2010.
