It is so important to address the proper use of Progesterone. There is so much overuse of this especially since it is available over the counter and marketed heavily. I was even prescribed this by an MD who jumped on this "cure all" bandwagon despite the fact I had a total hysterectomy and both ovaries removed. Thanks to this show, I got straightened out!!!
