Highly recommended physician! Dr. Vliet is an expert in this field, highly knowledgeable and informed. She truly cares about hormonal issues and has the knowledge, expertise, and experience to provide scientifically sound information. If you are looking for someone you can trust to give you the straight truth about hormones, you have found it!

Can you explain how to use bhrt during perimenopause years when hormones can be peaking and dropping. Will the bhrt initially possibly cause negative effects as the body adjusts? My hormone tests have come back very different at different times. Sometimes high, other times low. I suffer from hormonal migraines and think bhrt will help, but find the right balance and timing is tough.

I have just found your books. Any idea why I have uterine cramps with orgasm now in menopause. Not always but wonder what hormone it is tied to? Happened in pregnancy also.
