Sleep is an extremely underrated and underutilized part of any healing regimine.

In today's society that encourages multitasking, everything being done 'right now', stiff competition on every front, and high performance all the time, sleep is the part of life that tends to suffer most.  We either need the extra hours to get something done (so we take it from sleep time) or we are so stressed out that it's hard for our bodies to remain balanced enough in order to get adequate, healing rest.

Today's show will discuss the importances of sleep and how we can get more of it and at a better quality.
