Whole-Hearted Prayer balances the autonomic nervous system 
 i.     Decreases traditional “sympathetic over-drive”                                                             ii.     Increases parasympathetic tone                                                            iii.     Increases DHEA 
iv.     Decreases cortisol, bp, weight, glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides
 v.     Decreases plaque buildup, heart attacks and strokes
