Dr Kaushal was born and raised in a family of medical doctors. He obtained his Medical Degree in Europe from the Medical University of Debrecen in 1999. He was educated in Chicago at Northwestern University. and furthered his studies into the spiritual and energy medicine and healing arena, exploring new possibilities and cutting edge therapeutic modalities in the treatment and management of diseases. He is a certified Reiki Master, which is an Eastern form of energy healing. Dr. Kaushal is the founder and CEO of Medical Education Pathways (MedEdPathways) and sits on the Board of two non-profit organizations. His company has a unique model, focusing on providing opportunity for higher medical education to those students who may not have such opportunity. Dr Kaushal spare time is devoted to humanitarian and charitable volunteering on the medical staff for the AVON Walk for Breast Cancer and emcee for the American Cancer Society’s annual ‘Relay for Life’. He is starting a non-profit branch of his own company with the idea of taking underprivileged students to medical school for free. They would return to work in the rural or urban areas which are currently underserved and where the physician shortage is expected to get worse in the next few years.

They believe that effective support for these children will reverse the destructive health, economic, social and cultural impacts of HIV and AIDS. Gita is executive director of AC-AF, an organization she founded in 2004. Her dedication to international development work began in 1995. Originally, Gita specialized in refugee issues, working predominantly in Africa, which is one of her greatest passions. In addition to her work with AC-AF, Gita is completing a PhD in comparative development studies. William currently, holds an appointment as Clinical Instructor in HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care at the University of British Columbia's College of Health Disciplines. Prior to this, he was Executive Director of AIDS Vancouver, as well as an instructor of HIV/AIDS with the United Nations Development Programme Virtual Development Academy. William was the Deputy Director of the UN Non-Governmental Liaison Service. He also worked with several international organizations, including Care International and Habitat for Humanity, and drafted a regional strategy for HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment in collaboration with UN country offices in eastern Europe and the Newly Independent States. AC-AF offers multi-faceted programming to develop sustainable localized solutions for children and their families and communities. He is currently producing his Pulitzer nominated critically acclaimed bestseller into an animated movie, “The 9/11 Report; A Graphic Adaptation” by Sid Jacobson & Ernie Colonie, and talks about his latest "green" venture and health. Mr. Burlage was President and CEO of LIVE Entertainment, Inc. (1993) and Chairman of the Board from (1996-1998). The company was sold in 1997 to a private group of investors who renamed the company Artisan Entertainment. Subsequently, Artisan was sold to Lionsgate Films. From April 1999 through April of 2003, Mr. Burlage was Chairman and CEO of The Harvey Entertainment Company. During the time Mr. Burlage managed the above companies he was also responsible for the production and acquisition of more than 1000 movies and television programs including the successful syndicated soap opera, Santa Barbara.
