Ritz-Carlton Chicago (A Four Seasons Hotel) was the first luxury hotel in Chicago. Nestled behind Water Tower Place Shopping Center, the hotel features an amazing Ballroom with floor to ceiling windows of views of the surrounding city and a dramatic 400,000 piece crystal chandelier, along with the Concorde Room as a Junior Ballroom. The hotel features amazing event space with Chicago feel, but with Four Seasons service and quality that you would expect. Amanda Belton is the Assistant Director of Catering at the Ritz-Carlton Chicago and has been with the hotel for almost five years now in total. Starting as a Catering Manager for four years and then leaving for a brief stint to open the newly opened Pump Room and PUBLIC Chicago only to return back to her “home” as Assistant Director of Catering at the Ritz. Amanda has and continues to work with some of the most fantastic weddings in Chicago, bringing together all the components that the couple wants combined with the culinary teams amazing cuisine. Amanda enjoys staying in touch with couples and loves nothing more then to hear “my wedding was absolutely perfect, exactly what we expected from the hotel, thank you!”
