SYMPTOMS OF EMOTIONAL ABUSE

May people assume that if they’re not being physically abused by their partner, then they are not being abused. This many not be true. You may be in a relationship which is draining something from you and might not have recognized that your self-esteem and peace are no longer a part of your life.

PSYCHOLOGICA ABUSE

Psychological abuse is referred to as emotional abuse or mental abuse. It is a form of abuse that is characterized by a person subjecting or exposing another to behavior and may result in psychological abuse, also referred to as emotional abuse or mental abuse; a form of abuse characterized by a person subjecting or exposing another to behavior that may result in psychological trauma; anxiety, chronic depression or post-traumatic stress disorder. Abuse is associated with situations of power imbalance,abusive relationships, spousal bullying, child abuse and abuse in the workplace; verbal abuse; saying something that upsets or annoys someone else. Dominant behaviors; jealous behaviors; accusing rejecting, degrading, terrorizing, isolating, corrupting/exploiting, emotional abuse, emotionally abusive traits fear, threatening physical harm to partner, children, or partner's family or friends, destruction of pets and property, isolation from family, friends, or school or work, insults, putdowns, arbitrary and unpredictable inconsistency. Modern technology has led to new forms of abuse, text messaging and online cyber-bullying.
