Dear BWP Online: Thank you. I try to help my authors shine; that is the whole point of the show. It's not the Dr. Ni show; it is about my guest. Thank you for "getting" that. Love and blessings, Dr. Ni

Dr. Ni, Relatively speaking, I can either hear you and have my eardrums burst by your guest, or hear your guest and struggle to hear you. I understand that cell phone callers should damp down the volume (talk normally) and landline callers should speak up. I couldn't listen to the entire show because I had to keep my thumb on the volume button the whole show to keep from damaging my ears.
