Monday, February 17, 2014 @ 1 pm (CST) Healthy Mind & Body radio presents… Cross-Training for Super Performance. The Olympics is currently on EVERYWHERE and it’s very exciting to watch the athletes do what they do, but I wonder if you have any idea about how much they train for their individual sports. The average is 35 to 40 hours in addition to their normal jobs and family commitments.

I’ve been watching some of the biographies of some of the athletes and it shows how they do what they do, the weights, the mental aspects. And I wondered what might happen if regular people took they lives as seriously as these athletes do, would there lives not be different?

How often do we come to the office, check FaceBook, sort through our emails, listen to our messages and before you know it’s lunchtime and nothing has been done. Conversely, how do you handle the weekend? Do you get up and get your chores done or to you slog around the house wishing you could put off things until tomorrow while pouring yourself another cup of morning (or mid-afternoon) coffee?

Let’s talk about some things that can make you more productive, increase you energy and get you what you really want MORE QUAILITY TIME with family and loved ones.
