If you know this and plan for it then you can use this to your advantage or you can ignore it and continually be surprises by the fact that LIFE IS CYCLICAL.

Today, we will be discussing about how to add your new goal, plan, behavior or habit into the different areas of your life. If you think about the activities, habits, and behaviors that you’re really good at; these are the things that you can do in any context, at anytime, with anyone, this is called Mastery.
