Action Steps… for New Year’s Intentions

Thursday @1 pm (CST) Healthy Mind & Body radio continues with Part 2 of our series. This series is a short introduction about how to GET WHAT YOU REALLY WANT this year.

Action Steps are absolutely required when creating a new pattern, a new habit or behavior. And it needs to be in 3 parts; the beginning or the start-up phase, the middle or mid-point and of course, the end of completion of your goal or intention.

It may be useful to note that many people create goals that do not include maintenance. It seems silly to me to create, work on AND complete goal or intention and then stop and do nothing. It’s like planting a garden and then not watering or weeding it, eventually the land will go back to it’s original condition. The same is true for humans and new habit or behaviors THEY MUST BE MAINTAINED.
