The Chef and I will be interviewing Clint Fuqua, personal trainer. Clint is an expert is sports function, conditioning and sports preparedness. We will be talking about how to prepare for your exercise activity or sport.

A trainer with almost two decades of experience in health, nutrition, and exercise.
