Our integrative approach focuses more on the patient than the condition because we recognize the mind body spirit connection as an integral part of wellness. Our therapies combine traditional western practices with natural alternative therapies. These include the use of acupuncture, herbal medicine, homeopathy, energy medicine, nutrition, or a combination of all of the aforementioned. Dr. Clairborne is a board certified Family Physician and her practice specialties include Wellness Coaching, acupuncture, and lifestyle management. She offers personal and group retreats for individuals and corporations and distance coaching for clients who do not reside in the Atlanta area. Her Co-host Stephen T. This Audio program focuses on balancing your life and becoming a more authentic you. The first part of the program talks about the 12 areas of life in which balance and imbalance occur and demonstrates how imbalance in one or more of these areas can lead to physical, mental, and/or spiritual disease. The second part talks about the process of change, and gives some simple steps to help you identify your stage of change, and set up supports so that you can not only move forward with whatever change you are seeking, but also that you may be successful in maintaining that change. The third part is an overview on setting goals and intentions. From there the audio book delves into the topics of changing the internal dialogue, setting boundaries, and intimate relationships. Finally, the program concludes with a wrap up of how all of these things help you to become a more authentic you, leading you to personal freedom.

LIFE ON YOUR TERMS: 7 STEPS TO A MORE EMPOWERED YOU
This book is all about taking our life back using 7 simple steps that I have put together to help you to eliminate stress in your personal life, work life, and in relationships. The first step is Self Responsibility & Self Love. Of course, this is the core, the foundation. Without Self love or responsibility there is little motivation to move forward to achieve a higher level of balance and empowerment. The second step is Mindfulness. The Breath, Meditation, activating the senses and getting in touch with the creative self are the core principles of this step. The third step is Treating Your Body Like the Temple thatIt Is. In this step, we focus mainly on eating and getting active. We talk about how healthy eating doesn't have to be bland or boring, and we focus on changing the mindset around what "exercise" really is and making movement and fitness fun. Step four is Taking Responsibility for Our Thoughts and Feelings. This step deals with how our thoughts and feelings are interconnected and how what we think about we bring about. In this step we focus on simple exercises that help to begin to shift a negative internal focus at the most basic level. Step five is about Balancing Work and Play. This step looks at how we can infuse fun into all parts of our lives INCLUDING work, and how not only is it important to schedule playtime for ourselves, but also how it is important to schedule downtime ("rest time") so the body can re-energize and regenerate. Step six is about Nurturing Relationships with Other Through Effective Communication. In this step we look at different aspects of communication and how they affect our personal and professional lives. We also review the many types of intimate connections and the different arenas in which they may occur. Then we develop practices that help foster clear and effective communication in order to foster healthy human connection in areas of our lives. Finally, Step Seven deals with Nurturing Your Connection with a Higher Power. This step involves developing your own concept of what a Higher power means to you and looks at different ways that you might foster a meaningful connection and communication with that Higher Source. Throughout the book all of the steps are tied together, showing how they intertwine and can be integrated easily into daily life leaving you to live life on your terms.
