Tonight's guest is Ilo Jones. Iloilo Marguerite Jones, executive director of the Fully Informed Jury Association and of its publishing arm, the American Jury Institute, was recruited into FIJA in 1990 by Don Doig and Larry Dodge, and has been involved every since. She has served as Executive Director of FIJA since 2002. FIJA was founded in 1989 by Larry Dodge and Don Doug as a result of a conversation they had with Patriot Red Beckman, who still serves as an advisor to FIJA. FIJA was founded on the concept that we have juries to protect people from government tyranny, and especially to protect harmless people from government prosecutions taking place under bad, unconstitutional, and unjust laws. FIJA has State organizations and contacts in 46 states, as well as in Australia and Canada.
