Tamara Joy Patterson, MA has been  helping people to heal themselves spiritually, physically, and emotionally for 16 years. She is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine, and Psych-K Methodology. Her research emphasis is in understanding the mechanism behind chronic diseases/disabilities and emotional pain, and she holds degrees in Natural Health, Exercise Physiology, and Kinesiology.
