Hello Single parents don't have time to sit and meditate. Much of The Secret and what spiritual guru's tell us about visualization involve elaborate time consuming rituals. I have created a quick simple alternative that people can do driving to work or while getting ready for work. Something that might crack the door to enlightenment enough that they can catch a breath and change their lives.
