Hearing Jesus With a View to Obeying His Word (Logos Cosmology/Ontology)

Jesus said: "Heaven and earth will pass away, but my word will never pass away."  He asserts the eternal nature of his Word.  His Word is prior to the material universe.  Therefore he is the Creator God.  The Scriptures teach that the Word of Jesus is intrinsic reality. His Word is the opposite of falsehood, and lies.  His Word is apolitical, and not of this age(aion).  His Word upholds all things, and by him all things consist (hold together).  One would do well to hear him effectively.
