Trying to please your loved ones can be exhuasting and stressful.  You are never sure that you succeeded and constantly look for the next way to make sure you don't fail.

You are so focused on getting feedback about whether your efforts worked or not that you can't relax and enjoy the relationship.

Your anxiety rules your every waking moment as you live in fear that if you fail to make every effort to please your loved ones then you will fall out of favor and lose them.

In episode 12 of my series on managing bad feelings I am going to tell you how to manage that anxiety so that you feel equal in your relationship and get to enjoy it rather than live in fear of it.

I will outline three steps that you can take to balance out your view of the responsibility involved in taking care of your loved ones happiness so it isn't a make or break anxiety provoking nightmare.
