If there’s one industry that most people in the US have worked in at one stage it’s the restaurant industry; millions of people have flipped burgers or worked a cash register or slung food and drinks to thirsty/hungry patrons. For many people, the restaurant industry served as their first exposure to the world of work; good, bad or indifferent.
Joining us this week at the Drive Thru will be Jamie Griffin, founder of Good Workforce, and a Restaurant Chain Consultant and Executive who has worked across the spectrum of the restaurant industry; he’s partnered with Founders and he’s partnered with front line staff. He’s been involved as restaurant chains have gone through major transformation and he’s helped them scale at a tremendous pace.
