2009 extends a welcomed new beginning. Close the door on 2008 and lock it behind you. Clean out the refrigerator by throwing away all the things with an expiration date of 2008! That means the guy whose "just not that in to you," the friends who just seem to be stuck and complacent, the poor budgeting, the negative attitude, the emotional eating, the yo yo dieting, the "What ifs & what could be..."  Look at you, your life and take a personal inventory of where you are and where you'd like to be.  Take small bite size pieces to conquer your challenges and achieve your goals.  If love has left the building...let it go, because your destiny is never tied to someone who walks away. Never beg someone to stay or spend time with you. Self love is the greatest love of all, because in loving yourself you do exactly what's best for you first!
