I thought I would come by, and bring some simple words of encouragement. I realize that pretty much everyone is having their own struggles, and sometimes you just need a little boost of truth to get you back to being who you really are, a joyful and peaceful member of the world around you. There's something to be said for positive affirmations because these are the truths you hold to be self-evident when you're trying to quit being in a bad mood.
Some people would say they don't get into bad moods. I would challenge that because there's ALWAYS a life trigger that is there to help throw you off your balance. It's a way for you to get back up and affirm what you know is TRUTH about yourself, the life you live, and the situation around you.
