Tonight's episode of the Dream Citadel Evolution Show is a special "C & A" (Community and Artist) Spotlight as we bring you a double feature! Our guests tonight are Troy Burton, the Executive Director of the Eubie Blake Center who will be telling us about their upcoming "Love's Theory" Exhibition. Our next exciting guest is Baltimore's own ellen cherry!! Ellen performs solo and duo/trio style with Mike Prout (lead guitar, backing vocals, snare drum) and Andy McCallum (bass, organ, mandolin) and they have just completed yet another recording, (New) Years due out in February 2010. Recording continuously since 1997, her 2008 recent album, heart like a lion, crosses genres, artfully displaying her talents in folk, pop, rock, jazz, and instrumental music. ellen cherry mesmerizes her audience with her powerful voice and uses her keen, on-the-fly sense of humor to weave history, storytelling, and melody together.
