My cell phone Battery died so I didn't get to call. But Moses answereed my question just fine last night. I kind of wanted some clarification on what he had said in the show before that. Cause it sounded like that only Native Americans can perserve the culture. I know different but Im sure there were others out there who probably thought the same way about that comment from the previous show. So Moses answered the question. He's a great man and great friend.

    Steven Grouds - Native Evolution

    Steven Grounds, from the Navajo, Uchi, Creek, and Seminole tribes was was born in Pawnee, Oklahoma on October 29th, 1977. He spent most of his childhood and high school years in the neighboring town of Stillwater, Oklahoma. Steven recieved his Bachelors degree in American Indian Studies at Haskell Indian Nations University in 2004 after transferring from Tabor College in Hillsborough, Kansas. Steven now resides in Phoenix, Arizona where he continues to work on designs for t-shirts, posters, stickers, fine art, and cutom made artwork. Some current projects Steven has collaborated with include Brian Frejo of Cutlure Shock Camp, Smoke/Native Amerikaz Most Wanted CD artwork, Thomas "Thunderkick" Longacre, a Native Mixed Martial Artist and World Combat League fighter, Mic Titan, a Native MC in Phoenix, and Levi Blackwolf of Wolfn Photographies. As a high schooler he won the State Superintendent's Artist Award given out to the top 50 high school artists in the state of Oklahoma. He continued to study art in college but mainly focused on basketball as he played four years of Varsity for Haskell Indian Nations University. The current campaign of Native Evolution is in the beginning phase and Steven hopes to promote awareness and open dialog about what it represents to Native people to continue in preserverance of culture and identity in an ever changing world.

    Dakota S.W. Traders is all about family. My name is Jim Wheatley Standing Bear. Being raised among the diverse Native American people in Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico I grew up admiring the strong values and work ethic of the Native American people. As I have researched my own Native American ancestry it has strengthened me and humbled me. To be part of a culture that is so committed to continuing the teachings and artistry of their ancestors even after times of immense strife is a great honor. My wife Sherry Yellow Hawk and I were married in May of 1989. On our honeymoon, a trip to the Navajo reservation Sherry too, began a life long love for the Native American people, their culture, and their exquisite craftsmanship. After filling our home with wonderful Native American pieces, friends and family began to ask us to purchase items for them. After word spread, we could not keep up with all the special orders. Dakota S.W. Traders was established in May 2003 as a way to share these authentic Native American items. We have taken many trips during the last 15 years traveling to the Navajo and Hopi Reservations. We also visit many Pueblo People such as the Acoma, San Felipe, Laguna, Santo Domingo, Zuni, and Isleta. It is our desire to know the artists themselves as well as their work.

FREEDOMPEOPLE now calls for a immediate action against Sheriff Joe Arpaio, Racism, Racial-Profile, Police-Brutality/Killings, and Ethnic Cleansings in Phoenix, Arizona. FREEDOMPEOPLE has done protest against Sheriff Joe Arpaio and we feel that he should be charged for his incriminating actions. Brown people right now in Phoenix, Mesa, Indigenous people in the City of Guadalupe (non-mexicans but Indians) are getting brutally mis-treated, killed and beat, men and women - all because of the color of there skin. We CAN NOT allow time to repeat itself. This is an emergency issue and we need anyone who has a voice of power (Community, Media, Entertainment Industry Etc); to get involved, spread the word and begin to Unite. FREEDOMPEOPLE Magazine fights against (Active petition) the injustice that is happening yet today, and we would like to encourage you to read the petition and sign it. In 2008, the Phoenix, AZ, PD reported a record 89 hate crimes to the FBI. Not including 2009, racist tagging of a black woman's home in Mesa, AZ, assaults by white supremacists on Native Americans and Hispanics or neo-Nazis in north Phoenix who tried to cut off a Hispanic man's tattoo of a "American" and Chilean flag. Also, not to mention, the numerous and countless crimes committed against African-Americans. It is a must this comes to an end and it begins with getting Arpaio out of here and behind his own bars.
