This was such a great show! I can see this is going to be helpful in all areas of life, in fact some of the issues I have been having lately in other areas that aren't related to fitness but have been affecting my fitness goals are because of not have my values, actually values, and instead they are preferred. Honoring self promises is a huge thing as well, I'm going to go write out my values and goals now! Thanks Stacey and Tony!

Awesome discussion and great information for us all to grasp, understand and apply each and every day. Time to draft some clear, defined goals and gain a new vision! Thank you.

GAL 6:9 "Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Thought I'd add that.. keeping pushing Stace- we're a

Lots of food for thought. Now I'm questioning whether my values are real or preferred! Hmmm.
