Do you ever doubt your decisions? Do you procrastinate? Do you believe you deserve negative outcomes? How about feeling able to overcome challenges?

Familial traits, socio-economic backgrounds, abusive relationships, levels of education, physical difficulties, and negative self-perceptions are some of the reasons for low self-confidence. Feeling empowered, letting go of self-judgments, reducing anxiety, better relationships, and sensing security are necessary for building self-esteem and vital for successful growth.

Happiness is a product of self-worth. Without an appropriate sense of confidence the feeling of worthiness becomes impossible and anxiety or sadness will prevail. Join Dr. Sadigh on this important topic as another New Year unfolds and make this a launching point for BUILDING ESTEEM. Dr. Sadigh’s work-shop, Build Esteem, starts on January, 20th, 2013.

Daniel Sadigh holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage & Family Counselor in Los Angeles. As the founding director of Wheel of Wellbeing, Dr. Sadigh’s approach to health and happiness is creating a well-balanced life-style that considers the person as whole. Daniel views depressed moods, impaired judgments, somatic complaints, addictive symptoms, and feelings of agitation as windows to a person’s subjective world views that can be changed by re-gaining self-worth and feeling confident.
