Cholesterol has important responsibilities in the body. Let’s spend time understanding why cholesterol is essential to our body and how we can create the best balance. Cholesterol’s Job in the Body Cholesterol is necessary for the formation of cell membranes and the creation of nerve cell coverings. Once you have considered these you are ready to learn the details of a detox plan.  00:31:00DrDaeHealthyRadionodetoxification,detox,cleanseDuring this conversation we will discuss detox as a way of eliminating toxins from the body in a safe and appropriate way for a specific period of time, a detoxEnjoy Thanksgiving and Control your Blood Sugarshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/drdae/2013/11/26/enjoy-thanksgiving-and-control-your-blood-sugarsHealthhttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/drdae/2013/11/26/enjoy-thanksgiving-and-control-your-blood-sugars/#commentshttp://www.blogtalkradio.com/drdae/2013/11/26/enjoy-thanksgiving-and-control-your-blood-sugarsTue, 26 Nov 2013 18:00:00 GMTEnjoy Thanksgiving and Control your Blood SugarsThanksgiving is a holiday that is focused on giving thanks, fun, family and FOOD!  If you are a diabetic or a pre-diabetic you might have some anxiety about the holidays because you don't know how to make the best food choices.  Worrying about food or fighting with your family to make different food options available can change your enjoyment of Thanksgiving or any of the holidays that fall at the end of the year.
