From the beginning, marriage was all God's idea. However, the decision to get married in the first place is very often man's idea alone - not God's. Marriage and relationship trends are changing faster than at any other time in history. In fact, some researchers are asking if marriage is going out of fashion in post-modern culture.

More than 20% of adults over 25 have never been married (a record high). Unfaithfulness for those who are married is 19% for men and 12.3% for women. Women are reportedly initiating two-thirds of the marriages that end in divorce.
