What does it mean to "look your best"? Is it defined by weight, height, hair color, body type, fashtion style?

From the time we're young girls we're encouraged to embrace a certain standard of beauty as if that is the chief determining factor of how successful you'll be in life. So looking your best could actually be translated to mean looking the best. Is that the message we want to continue to send to our daughters as they're growing up?

If you're challenged with seeing the beauty in your own build because of commonly accepted standards of beauty, chances are you think that those around you feel the same way. But you might be surprised by what our guest, Nancy Wilson of Wilson Counseling, has to say about that.
