I specialize in the area of corrective exercises that improve postural and joint stability to enhance daily movement patterns and minimize pain. I use exercise techniques that are ideal for office workers and others who are at their desks and sedentary for long periods of time each day.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and an American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin.
