Jisele Tuuri is an expert in the raw food nutrition lifestyle.She is passionate about helping others, esp. women to live a happier, healthier and more enriched life.She has been studying and applying the raw food lifestyle in her own life for over 8 years and is currently eating about 80% raw.
Raw foods are simply fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, green smoothies and/or juicing which are packed with vitamins, minerals and enzymes naturally.
She applied this lifestyle in her personal life because of hormonal imbalances. She was experiencing hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog, anxiety and depression.
After using different supplements and prescription drugs she was able to wean herself off of hormone replacement therapy, BHRT, by simply adding more raw foods into her diet. Feeding the living body living foods just made sense to her and knowing how to live this way is fun and easy.
