William McAndrews is currently a full-time management consultant providing strategy development, marketing services, organizational expertise and business solutions to small businesses, non-profits and educational organizations. McAndrews also works as a personal leadership coach mentoring individuals and providing career advice and guidance.

Throughout his career McAndrews was actively engaged in youth sports and McAndrews founded the Staten Island Rebels Athletic Association, Inc. - a nonprofit basketball sports organization dedicated to young women from the ages of 11 to 18. The “Rebels” are now one of the largest and most successful AAU programs in the NY metropolitan region. In addition, McAndrews spent 25 years coaching little league, intramural and travel basketball (young boys, girls and men’s college age) and competitive woman’s AAU Basketball.
