Single Payer Health Care - What Do We Want?

After 30 years of talking about health insurance, the discussion is no longer about medical care but about insurance. We don't talk about making sick Americans better. We talk about covering the uninsured. Can we even talk about what we really want? I'll dare to present a few ideas.
