Judges 4:4-24. Wise leaders are rare, and can accomplish great things without direct involvement, because they have wisdom and knowledge to work through other people. They make good advisers, planners and mediators because they can see the big picture. Deborah was just this type of leader. She had excellent leadership skills and a great relationship with God. Deborah knew who she was and whose she was and could therefore carry out God’s instructions without hesitation. This woman of God was not power hungry, she just wanted to serve God. Are you a leader of that caliber? Can you take a lesser position while allowing someone else to receive the Glory if God so ordained? Are you able to lead without being fully involved? Can you work through other people? I invite other Preachers and Pastors to come and provide their opinions on this important topic on Leadership, Leading with Wisdom. Let us interact with each other for the good of all.
