    Be Truthful to Thyself

    I have noticed that many people lie to themselves more than anyone else.  There are some things that we will not say out loud even when we are riding down the street by ourselves, with all the windows up, the radio turned up, and the battery taken out of our phone, and we still won't say some things out loud. 

    There are other times when we are attempting to say how we need to change or do better for "Self Improvement".  No matter how much we say it is about us, we always use the term "we" vs "I".  It seems to be difficult to say "I" need to treat people better. "I" need to make sure "I" stop doing all matter of evil.  Instead we say things like "We all need to do better", "A lot of people are doing this or that".

    The greatest love one can show another is to be truthful to that person and to your self.  In a relationship this is one of the most loving thing you can do for one another.
