Dr. Rachelle Simpson Sweet has a PhD in Clinical Psychology and has been investing in Real Estate for over 10 years. This was the result of years of hard work. At the age of 11, Rachelle was told that she would never go to college and basically never amount to much as she was “Dyslexic”. However, because of her tenacity, persistence and the support of a loving family, she decided many years ago that no one was going to determine her fate. Through hard work and struggles, Rachelle defied the odds and went to college - not only did she go to college; she holds 4 degrees including her PhD. After practicing Psychology for a few years, Dr. Rachelle made a decision that would forever change her life. She quit Psychology and followed her entrepreneurial spirit. She often jokes "I used to evaluate kids with LD and ADHD, now I help Adults with LD/ADHD invest in Real Estate and create the life of their dreams." Dr. Rachelle specializes in helping people overcome the challenges and obstacles involved with the pursuit of their dreams and achievements in the business world and in their everyday lives. She helps people get incredible results and assist them in creating the world that they now want to play and live in. Together, Dr. Rachelle and her husband (Jon Sweet) have been investing in the Chicago Market for over four years and have a large Real Estate Portfolio and massive wholesaling business. They own multiple companies which buy and sell residential and small commercial property. Dr. Rachelle’s main experience is with wholesaling, lease options, rehabbing and buy & hold properties. She has structured many creative deals including: subject to, seller financing, and cash back at close. Dr. Rachelle has worked with top speakers and their students, such as Marshall Sylver, Lou Brown, Jeff Kaller and George Miller.
