Dr.Kirnon, Excellent show! Thanks for the pearls of wisdom you share. I was saddened by the news of Bernie Mac. We really do need to take our health history and our genetic predispositions seriously! An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure huh? Somethings we leave the door open to, because of our poor choices. I am trying to change my entire lifestyle with a healthy holistic makeover.
