Dr. Jeanette welcomes Sebastian Slovin, author of Ashes in the Ocean; A son's story of living through and learning from his father's suicide, to share how he explored how his father made the choice of suicide and how it affected his life.

This show is for all ages and all circumstances.  Dr. Jeanette and Sebastian share hope, pain and suffering but how to allow for a life beyond any life ending experience.

What is your sense of value wrapped up in; house, car, goals, success, or legacy? Can you find a path through the external world and journey to a place inside yourself to find what is your truth in this world?

When loved ones leave us, do we carry the pain and suffering and never break the chain that binds us? Do you feel they have taken your life with them when they left too soon? Can you say that your life will never be the same?

What if you had a chance to walk in their shoes, go to the places they engaged in life and see how they may have made the choices they did?

How do you celebrate their life after suicide? How do you honor the past and allow the future to unfold with no tether lines that hold our hearts up in knots?

"Loving life and the paths we all take is still celebrating the soul that is showing its vulnerability and love in many different ways, can we be open to the possibilities that show up?" Dr. Jeanette
