After a natural disaster, the police or other government enforcement will have the perimeters drawn around affected areas.  While many believe this to be good the first few hours, many others will start to rebel as they believe they have the right to go to their business or home.

Is this safe?  Are they protected?  Who is watching the bank?  And, why can't I go to my house, 'it has electric'?

We will talk about all the things that could go wrong and what the normal patterns are after a natural disaster.  Many times if a local entity of government did not have a plan in place prior to an event there may be chaos or over ruling policies that are put into place.

Do you know what to do ten minutes after a natural disaster has passed?

The more you know or have heard before, the better your instincts will be if you find yourself in a natural disaster area.

How do I know who to listen to after a disaster?  Where do I go or do I even go?

How will your life be disrupted if you are in the center of a natural disaster?  What if it is down the street only?  What if it is the center of town only?  What if it is the next city?  What if it is the mall?  What if it is the train tracks for mass transit?

Can you answer all these questions with a plan?  Think.  Run through some scenarios and when instinct is needed, your reactive mind can take over.
