Make Your Health A Priority

Latrice Pace is an actor, singer, writer, and entrepreneur with endless possibilities. She recently created a blog to help others like herself who have either struggled with or is yet struggling with their weight. Like so many, she tried every diet that’s out there, Eat Right For Your Type, The Cabbage Soup Diet, The Stewardess Diet, Low Carb Diet, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Vegan Diet, various brands of             protein shakes, supplements, and diet pills both prescription and over the counter.

It wasn’t that none of those diets worked, Latrice realized that her old mentality didn’t work. She was looking for magic, an overnight miracle, and once she changed her mentality, losing weight became more than just following a diet plan and doing reps with a trainer. She took a holistic approach and incorporated a lot of prayer, soul searching, and counseling into her regime.
