Darrin Smith's successful football career began as a member of the two time National Champion Miami Hurricanes. He continued to be a winner at the professional level winning two Super Bowl rings as a starting outside linebacker with the Dallas Cowboys.

Darrin is humbled by his on-field accomplishments but is most of proud of his success off the field. While playing at the University of Miami, Darrin received two degrees including an MBA. Darrin's personal passion for reading led him to establish The Project59 Race for Reading Foundation, which helps thousands of young children discover the power of reading. Darrin now dedicates his life to helping others ADVANCE in their professional and personal lives with his ADVANCE coaching plan workshop.

Desmond Clark is a native of Lakeland, Florida and a graduate from Kathleen High School. In 1995, he attended Wake Forest University and was drafted into the NFL in 1999 by the Denver      Broncos.

He began providing football camps in 2002 to low income children with hopes of giving back to his community and also to show young people they can do anything they put their minds to.

Through collaborative partnerships with the City of Lakeland, Teen Pregnancy Prevention Alliance, local businesses, and the Polk County School board, Desmond has supported over 1000 youth. In the last three years, he’s provided football cleats to six hundred youth and he continues to find ways to support the Lakeland community.

Most recently, Desmond played Tight-end for the Chicago Bears and is currently a free-agent.
