When people told McGhee no, he asked, "Why not?"Absolutely refusing to allow his past to become his future, Kionne often responded to naysayers with, "a-mere-I-CAN conquers all." Labeled economically disabled from 1st through 12th grade, Mr. McGhee was raised by a single mother in Miami's toughest neighborhood, Naranja, where he was exposed to gun violence, murder, and drug dealing. Determined to change his destination, Kionne enrolled in Howard University and earned a Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall's School of Law in Texas. Presently, Mr. McGhee is the Assistant State Attorney for Miami Dade County. Also joing the program is Mr. Darrell Hardge. Darrell is a motivational speaker, author, producer, and artist whose foundation for life is built on success quotes, universal principles, and biblical scriptures. He is also CEO of Hardge Management Inc., a family owned real estate and development company in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Hardge is presently creating a non-profit, faith based organization, Young Bold Moguls (YBM), with a mission to educate leaders of tomorrow on the intellectual and inward aspects of becoming wealthy.
