Prior to establishing Milestone Motivation, Derrick worked for 12 years in hospital leadership, holding numerous executive level positions in health care organizations throughout the southeast. Known for his encouraging and approachable leadership style, Derrick was instrumental in motivating, coaching, and assisting with the development of hundreds of current and future leaders in various organizations. Milestone Motivation is a faith-based organization founded by Darrayl and Derrick Miles. Gifted by God to inspire and motivate, these identical twin brothers travel across the country helping others discover, develop, and use their gifts in powerful ways.
