Ft. Hood, Virginia Tech, 9/11, Future Massacres Are Preventable: Here's How

The Peace Law is needed everywhere so that intervention can be legally done BEFORE the violence. It should be illegal to seriously advocate or threaten murder, violence, and war. As a doctor, I remember a hospitalized man who had paranoid ideas that the FBI & Nazis would kill him if he didn't kill first. It was due to severe B-12 deficiency, and he was fine after B-12 shots. In California people who are an imminent threat to themselves or others can be court ordered to be medically evaluated on the psychiatric unit of a hospital, usually for 3 days, BEFORE they kill. I've seen lives saved this way. The Ft. Hood Army doctor turned killer, was known to be in touch with a radical Imam who had al Qaeda affiliations and was probably part of the planning for the 9/11 horrors. Nothing was done. The doctor was not detained or questioned. People died needlessly.
