Dr. Carol Francis interviews techno vendors, drone racers, and CEOs of techno savvy schools at the SoCal Makers Convention held in the Los Angeles Fairplex.  For instance, local PVNET in Rolling Hills Estates discusses their technology educational program for kids of all ages including programming classes, 3-D printer, design engineering, graphics and media training, brain technology research, virtual reality applications, robot building and competitions and so much more.

Products at SoCal Makers Con included MyOpenRoad application helping to reduce lcarbon footprint, Ozobot teaching youth to program robots, SharkWheel.com for awesome skateboarding, and parts for robots and drones included DroneHaus, GlueSmith, NifteeCircuits.com. Innovations involving 3-D Printer or other prototype building included vendors, schools and designers like CoKreeate.com, XYZ 3-D Printers,  EarthLCD.com, MakerHackers.com.

Educational programs that teach programming, design engineering, robotic and drone building include PVNET.com, NlNSC.com, Odyssey of the Mind, HexLab MakerSpace, iSTEMn LAUNCH PAD, MakerSome.com, California Institute of Robotics, MakerSpace Network, NR Computer Learning Center, PlayWell, Robot Society of Southern California, Urban Workshop, and Vocademy.com, and Professor Darrell HaVictorville College, electronics division and home security systems. 

Robot designers included "Sam" with his amazing PartyBot serving cooled drinks, music, and party photos (see MakerSam.com), and amazing humanoid robot STU with micro-facials expressions created to announce CIR or California Institute of Robotics providing school for adults in the fields of robotics.   

Novel vendors also included high school student entrepreneurs of WICKED SOAP Company (yummy smells await)  and also GYROSOUNDLABS with their exotic spaceship looking speaker systems.
